Mr. Krivit is the owner and principal consultant of Dan Krivit and Associates (DKA). Mr. Krivit brings 22 years of experience in the solid waste management, recycling, composting, and waste reduction disciplines to the project team. The last half of this career has been as a consultant conducting research and development projects for a wide variety of public and private clients including many new start-up recycling programs, markets and services. He has helped write numerous solid waste management and recycling plans, including two for the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area, He is one of the founders of the Recycling Association of Minnesota, past chair, and long-standing member of the National Recycling Coalition.

Located a half-dozen blocks from Lake Harriet in Southwest Minneapolis, Lynnhurst Church opened its doors in 1903 as a Sunday School for the children of the neighborhood, then a new part of the city. Today as then, the well-being and education of children are a high priority. Lynnhurst is an open and affirming congregation of the United Church of Christ.

MAGICC, LLC is an international research group which specializes in contacting hard-to-reach people world-wide for qualitative research. Interviews are conducted in every business segment and can last from 15 minutes to over 2 hours, depending on the subject matter and the availability of the interviewee. During our interviews, we ask what is most important to the client, such as products and services, the competition, performance issues, corporate image and culture issues, current processes, best practices and the reasons why contracts are won or lost. Protocols are customized for the study being conducted and for the level of the person being interviewed.
