Integrative Growth has an immediate need for a Project Manager in our Minneapolis office.
Primary Accountabilities:

Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

Identifies resources needed and works with the Practice Lead to secure resources
-
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
-
Develops project deliverables including process flows, logic models, and reports
-
Conducts stakeholder interviews
-
Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
-
Effectively applies selected methodologies and enforces project standards
-
Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
-
Minimizes our exposure and risk on project
-
Ensures project documents and project directories are complete, current, protected and stored appropriately
Project Accounting:
-
Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis
-
Manages project budget
-
Ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project
-
Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices
-
Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization

- Understands basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly
- Understands our pricing model and billing procedures
- Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization
- Assures project legal documents are completed and signed by an officer
Business Development:
- Identifies business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project
- Assists in proposal efforts including completing project scoping and resource requirements
- Effectively conveys our message in both written and verbal business development discussions
Communication:
- Facilitates team and client meetings effectively
- Holds regular status meetings with project team
- Keeps project team well informed of changes within the client organization on a need to know basis
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors
- Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
Technical Requirements:
-
Principles of Research: primary and secondary research/ qualitative and quantitative research, various data collection techniques (web, phone, etc.) and the limitations of each
-
Basic sampling principles and the uses of statistical tests.

Experienced reviewing data for meaning and writing reports of findings
-
MSOffice Suite for data tables, charting, report writing, and presentations
-
Familiarity defining and reviewing data cross-tabs
Educational Requirements:
Differentiators:
-
SAS or SPSS for analyzing data
-
Familiarity with design and evaluation approaches in energy conservation and efficiency, sustainability
-
Certification in project management and/ or quality training
-
Masters in a social science, Business, Economics or related field
